Exceeding Expectations!

Friends/Owners,

It’s a lot of fun to participate in the building of new condos especially when the work exceeds what you had hoped for.
I knew they would be awesome and to see each unit take shape and become better than I expected is terrific!

I continue to talk with owners and brokers who say the same thing - they looked around at a lot of stuff in the same price range and became pretty frustrated until they saw what we planned at Skye Condos II. The other stuff is ok...maybe a little dull or older. Skye Condos II is newly renovated with great design, high-finishes, its right in the heart of the urban action and all for the same price as the unexciting stuff!

All the front balconies have been installed. We are currently working on the back balconies today and completed the walkout patios. I have never seen garden level units look so cool.

Here is the latest construction update 10/3 - 10/7

  1. Patios are finished (they will grout after balconies are up)
