Skye II Construction and Metro Denver Market News for Condos - Awesome!!!

Owners/Friends,

We've had many successes in the past week including tile installation, begining hardwood floors, iron work for balcony construction, painting...almost too many things to list so I'll stick to high level stuff.See construction progress list below.

Some great news is that we will begin hanging balconies this week starting with the support structures first then platforms which are being constructed in a climate controlled environment to maximize exact specifications before they are transported onsite via truck to 1336 Logan.

It will be an awesome sight to see our crane hoist 12 huge platforms to the exterior of Skye Condos II where crews will weld them into place. I'll take pictures to post here and you;re welcome to attend. I'll announce the extac dates the platforms will be installed.

The front garden level patios are already poured and have completely exceeded my expectations. Most garden level condos usually referred as the "basement" feel just like that... underground with a little prison window. The garden level condos at Skye Condos II couldn't be further from this with huge walk out sliding glass doors , tons of light and big concrete patios wit built-in seating - WOW!

We’ve recently decided to have a Martini Party on the roof top for owners and friends in about 6 weeks when we will have several condos completed and moved-in. We want to to share in our owner’s excitement and start the evening off right before going out for a night on the town...a short walk to downtown!

Here is some fantastic news from the Denver Post about metro Denver condos and the market in general. Read on and feel free to contact me for a full copy of the article:

Since 1996, the increase in prices for condos in metro Denver has exceeded that of single-family homes: 101.1 percent versus 92.4 percent, according to an analysis of condo- and home-sale data by The Denver Post. Additionally, condo-price growth has surpassed house-price growth in five of the past nine years. Nationally, the condominium has hit greater heights: The median condo price exceeded the median price of a single-family home, $219,300 versus $217,900, in July, according to the Westlake Village, Calif.-based National Association of Realtors, a brokerage-industry trade group. The median price is the price at which half the homes in a given market sell for more and half sell for less.

Skye Condos II Significant Progress and Market Power

Friends/Owners,

The idea to provide a Skye Condos II Progress Site to keep our owners informed, up to date and engaged in the progress of their new home recently came to me as a way to enhance communication with our owners and brokers in addition to phone calls and emails. Our owners can check the site as often as they would like or share information about their fanastic new place in the heart of the city - Capitol Hill at their convienience. The great news is that the Denver condo market is on fire. For the first time in Denver history, condos are out-performing single family homes for increased value.

The Skye Condos formula for success is: Great Design, Location and Affordability!
There are other condos for sale in the same price range that are unexciting, dull or old.
