Skye Condos II is nearly complete! We are very fortunate to have nearly pre-sold the entire development before we began construction and have the majority of residents moved-in. A couple contracts fell through just before close, so I have a third floor balcony unit and a garden level walk-out studio available now.

Wow - Do You Know How to Party!


The Martini Madness Party November 12th was an over-the-top success! We had triple the people expected. Everyone was very cool, it looked like every person had fun and we received fantastic feedback on the condos. Since the party I've had a flood of calls, emails and meetings with interested buyers - THANKS!!! Our formula for success has been to take old buildings in great locations and transform them into new modern urban living spaces with great design and very affordable prices. Its hard to find new modern design close to down town with finishes like fine hardwoods, slab granite countertops, top-end tile and all stainless steel appliances for these low prices.
